Good solid hotel I stay here pretty often when snowboarding, atleast 4-5 trips a season. Slightly dated but overall a great stay for the price point. I think their best feature was the late night shuttle they have recently reduced it to 4:00 which is my only complaint but seems to be standard in the area.
We loved our stay here, just a little frustrating that he shuttle service didn't show up as scheduled to take us to the hill, and we were unable to get a response or reason from the front desk. The room (1 bed suite) was clean and functional! The rec room, and pool were a big hit with the family.
Absolutely lovely Chateau! Rooms were spacious, clean and have everything you need in your suite for extended stays. The lounge was warm and inviting, the staff were friendly and super helpful. Would absolutely stay here again! The only thing missing is a continental breakfast. They do have vending machines and a coffee machine but having something to snack on like fruit or danishes would make the stay even better.
Our family of 11 stayed here for a weekend, had the super time. The suite is layed out tht we all had privacy and very roomy. The staff were professional and very accomodating. You wont be dissapointed.
Amazing value--spacious rooms and nice grounds. Convenient shuttle service to the village. Wish the bar/on site food was open. Internet a touch slow :)
Fantastic but a little dated. The shuttle service is an added bonus I didn’t even think about. Little annoyances prevent it from being a 5 star, but still a terrific place. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is decent with good pricing and service, as well as the convenient location, decently sized rooms but lacked basic amenities like channels on the TV and a lack of a phone to call main rooms
We had a great stay here. It was quiet, cozy, and convenient. Had a room with 3 beds. Thing were a bit dated but that added to the character. Shuttle arrived promptly every 30 mins to and from mont Tremblant. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Outdoor hot tub looked cool. Would definitely return, all around great experience
